Biography
I have been part of the Britannia Homecare Team for 10 years now. I started as a part time homecare worker and moved into an office role eventually progressing to Care Manager. I have a passion for working with people and with my team of Assessors I oversee the delivery of high-quality person centred care for everyone using our service.
I am always looking for innovative ways to push the boundaries within the industry and to be more specialist and inclusive. I have a Level 5 in Adults Management in Health and Social Care; Level 3 in Health & Social Care; Moving and Handling Train the Trainer; Medication Train the Trainer; First Aid Training; Level 2 Certificate in Common Health Conditions and City and Guilds in End-of-Life Care. I am also the designated Safeguarding Lead at Britannia Homecare with Train the Trainer in Safeguarding Adults for Managers.
