Biography
I started as a homecare worker 10 years ago with Britannia Homecare. On starting my role, I quickly realised how much I love helping people and how much variety I get from my job. I progressed to Senior Homecare worker then came into the office as Co-ordinator again progressing to Operations Manager. I have completed my Level 5 Diploma in Adults Management in Health and Social Care, Train the Trainer in Moving and Handling, Medication and Safeguarding Adults for Managers. I am a registered Dementia Friend.
I oversee the team of co-ordinators and my passion is ensuring consistency and continuity for our staff and the people we support. We have a really supportive team and lots of opportunity to progress here. I look forward to a bright future working with an enthusiastic and passionate team.
